Overall the meeting was beneficial showing me a couple of things on OAXRAY that I needed to know. The only things I would work on improving is the speed of their internet and clarity in communication. The demo on his computer was slow and we even had to switch from doing the meeting online to him calling me because the conversation was echoed and garbled going through the computer online. Also in describing certain things to me he had trouble spitting out the words and I got lost in his description on a couple of occasions. So just clear up the details and maybe have a agenda of what you want to talk about instead of just kinda moving through the presentation slowly. I mention all of this not as criticism but to improve your process and communication :-) Thanks for the time.

Actually I am very frustrated. The gentleman no doubt did a good job. I think I am just too dense to figure this out. I still have no idea of how to use the program and the month is slipping away.

Horrible service. There was suppose to be a training at 1 pm and it never happened and I sent emails to support but nobody responded 2nd day in a row the training didn't happened. I either want a free month because of all you have put me through the past few days, or you can cancel my trial and forget about having me as a customer.

OAXRAY did not show up for our supposed 1:00 MDT session.

Scbeduled to a eebinar this morbibg and found myself alone - not even Oaxray support !

Love all of the training material and look forward to putting some of these techniques to use in finding profitable products. Found profitable products in the first 48 hours. I admit that you have to be creative but I am finding things that work. So far I am impressed and really grateful that there are a lot of resources out there to help.

One of the few software in the price range that offers On-Boarding training. I was a little skeptical in the beginning since it was being conducted from overseas, however the representative was very knowledgeable and was able to answer most of my questions. The internet connection however, was not that great (not the trainer's fault)

The help I received today was good.

Unless i am doing something wrong I found it very difficult to find products to resell and make at least 40% ROI.. It is making me re-think if this is for me. With Amazon fees now more than 15% of gross..and the race to the bottom for the huge amount of competition, there has to be a better way. If you come up with a better way, then I will be first in line. As it is this is not for me.

I got a big problem with my computer as soon as the session started and it still continues.
